Shipping costs
Our products are shipped to EU, UK, US, Australia and other markets with a flat rate, which depends on the type of product.
What shipping options do you offer?
We work with different shipping and courier services, depending on the country, but we only offer tracked shipping.
Prints have a flat shipping rate of around 4 USD / 4 EUR. Frames have a flat rate of around 14 USD / 14 EUR. The exact rates are calculated at checkout once you enter the shipping address.
Where are the products shipped from?
We carefully selected printing partners around the world to achieve the maximum quality, minimizing shipping costs and import duties. We currently ship from facilities in the US, UK, EU and Australia.
How long does shipping take?
Pre-made prints ship from the printing facility in 1-2 working days. Shipping typically varies between 2 to 4 working days. Please note that orders during Christmas might suffer delays out of our control so we ask you to order with sufficient time.
Will I have to pay custom duties?
We have no control over import duties and other taxes that apply in your country, however we ship all our products from different facilities (US, EU, UK and Australia) to minimize this burden.
Sales tax and VAT
Taxes are calculated at checkout once you enter your shipping address.
Can I return my order?
All our products are printed on order, so we don't keep stock and for this reason we can't accept returns or exchanges. If you're not happy with your print please contact us using the link below.
I have a problem with my order
No worries! Contact us and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Do you ship to P.O. addresses?
In the majority of cases we can ship to P.O. Box addresses. However couriers like FedEx, UPS and DPD cannot deliver to these types of addresses, and framed prints and canvases are often too big to go to P.O. Boxes (other than in Australia).
